All students at East Side benefit by having Computer as one of their specials. Most parents think their students are very computer savvy but what is usually true is that their students are very game savvy. During Computer Specials, students learn the Office Products like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other software such as Pixie, Comic Life and Coding as well as research skills.
Amanda Alter
Amanda Alter is a computer lab instructor. She has had the pleasure of working at East Side for more than ten years. She loves sharing her enthusiasm for technology with the students. Before joining East Side, she worked at Delta Air Lines in the Finance Department. After having children, she decided to change her career path and join the education sector. She is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia and loves to see her Bulldogs whenever she gets a chance. She is married and has two children that are in high school and college.

Jodie Hiill is beginning her third year at East Side Elementary.
